Husky Rescue Southern Africa is a non-profit organisation that specialises in the rescue and re-homing of huskies and other Nordic breeds of dogs.

It is heartbreaking to see so many animals at Welfare Centre's and among them are the beloved Shar Pei, our special breed. We need to give them a second chance and find them the perfect hap'pei' forever home. The breed has proved itself to be a loving devoted family dog, and are often described as "people dogs", preferring human companionship to that of other dogs. Unfortunately we as Club do not have kennel space for the welfare dogs awaiting their new forever homes. Please volunteer to foster.

CLAW provides desperately needed veterinary services to dogs and cats, as well as vital animal care education to pet owners in some of the world's poorest communities.Since its inception in 1999, CLAW's mobile teams of veterinarians and community volunteers have treated, vaccinated, and sterilized thousands of pets. CLAW also provides other mobile services such as flea dipping, de-worming, emergency care, adoption services, humane euthanasia, pet education, and community awareness events.

We have approximately 40 residents, all of whom are too old or too traumatised for adoption, and several fosters. We actively help in homing strays, abandoned dogs and dogs whose owners are relocating.

FOTC is a pro-life organisation founded to help alleviate the plight of homeless, abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens.  FOTC aims to educate people about the value cats have in our society and the responsibility humans have towards these magical beings. FOTC also run their own capture and sterilisation programmes

Instead of buying a Great Dane puppy and having to go through house training / lead training socializing, the cost of three puppy inoculations and a spaying / neutering, a "ready made" Great Dane can be obtained through our Rescue Scheme. 

A small group of us known as Siberian Husky Rescue, Gauteng take in damaged, ill-treated and unwanted Siberian Huskies in the Gauteng area. We re-home the dogs that used to belong to a happy family – but due reasons like immigrating and moving to smaller houses, the dogs have to go.

Kitten Corner is a registered small pro-quality of life, organization, dedicated to helping abused/abandoned or neglected kittens. KC consists entirely of dedicated volunteers with no source of outside funding.  Our Objectives are to help rehabilitate abandoned and abused Kittens and provide a safe & loving haven for them until approved homes have been found.
