Description:
Small completely black older male dog with curly tail and pointy ears, grey around the jowls roaming since 3 May in Westdene (JHB) on Chichester Str and Ludlow Str. He doesn't allow anyone near him, so it's been impossible to catch him. He's not agressive just scared. Seems as if he thinks he belongs in the area as he keeps returning to the same streets.
