When it comes to adoptions we say a special prayer for our senior fur kids to be adopted but this does not happen often.
Yet, every now and then we have the honor to experience and be part of a rare yet extraordinary adoption request.

On Saturday 1 February 2020 a couple payed Wet Nose a visit to find a friend for their previously adopted Wet Nose rescue, called Sally. To our amazement they specifically wanted our longest staying resident and would be happy with whomever we gave them.
Byron and Sally were socialized and they were an instant match.

Byron was surrendered to us as a 5 week old puppy together with his mother and 6 siblings. Everyone was adopted and Byron was the only one from his litter that stayed behind. Byron has never had the privilege to be loved by a family of his own or see the inside of a house.

Despite the Wet Nose staff giving Byron much love, attention and exercise during his stay with us but in essence it is never the same as a family of your own and a loving home.

This very special boy’s rose has been accepted by this family and now he can also experience what a home is!!

THANK YOU THIS AWESOME FAMILY FOR ADOPTING A GOLDEN OLDIE!!!
