Missing - Black Cat with white spot on chest, lost from Appleton Scout Camp Signal Hill

I live on Signal Hill in a Scout campsite, Batman possibly got out of the house at 9:30 pm on the 30th April 2024 when my housemate came home and I assume he went out on the Sea Point side of the Hill as he likes to play on that side. Batman is very young and has been recently neutered, he is thin and has a long tail, almost as long as his body with yellowish green eyes.
