Phoebe is a 7 year old Africanis female who was part of a big rescue of 200 dogs  that came to Wetnose in 2022, She is shy at first but warms up to you quite fast, she is well socialized with other dogs but unsure of cats. She has been spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated
