Meet Blackie

With her gentle nature and affectionate personality, Blackie is a lovely girl who enjoys being around people and has plenty of love to share. Estimated to be around 3 to 4 years old, she’s been wonderful with children during her time at Border Collie Rescue and would love to become part of a caring family.

Blackie also enjoys the company of other dogs, particularly males of a similar size. Smaller dogs aren’t her favourite companions, so she’ll be happiest in a home without little canine housemates. Finding a suitable match is important to ensure she feels comfortable and settles in well.

Currently in Centurion, Blackie is hoping to find a family who appreciates her affectionate personality and understands her preferences. She’s ready for a home where she can enjoy companionship, attention and the security of being loved.
